Solid lifting last night.

Lozzo benched 117.5kg x5, then 110 3x5.

I benched up to, and missed 165kg in the shirt. I'm down 3kg so I'm putting it down to that. I then played with low bar in wraps.
Got a very easy 200kg, and a near max at 220kg. I've gotta play with a few technique things, but I'm expecting big things from the switch.

Zach pulled 225kg 2x1, then benched 150 3x2.

Steve did some light benching, and lots of assistance work, including a 50kg plank.

Mike squatted up to 200kg in wraps, and benched a very easy 140kg but missed 150kg. He weighed in at 75kg.

Kurt squatted up to 150x2, then reverse purple bands up to 200kg.

Marc did some log pressing with bands, reps around 100kg-120kg.
 
Last night was fun, although I fear Ive re-injured my SI joint :(

Loz pulled 192.5kgx10
I pulled 240kg 5x1
Steve pulled 240kg 5x1
Ricky pulled 260kg 3x2

Zach benched 155kg 3x1

Nick C&J up to 120kg, then jerk from rack at 125kg - weighing 85kg.

Kurt benched up to 5x5 at 85kg.
 
Thats correct.

I injured it last year in my prep for nationals. I was bed ridden for almost a week because my back had locked up.
Its no where that bad this time, but the deadlift comp is now looking doubtful.

I have physio with a sports and spinal centre in 2 hours, so Ill see what they say.

I know how and why it happened, and its my own stupid fault, again.
 
Just didn't stay tight, let my self go to make the ego lift.

Lesson re-learned.

The spinal guy has strapped my back, told me to heat it, and do TA work again.
He said its not to bad, and I should be right in a few days.
The pain is more at the erector tendon attachment point on the sacrum, rather than the SI itself.
 
Playing with the new toy and got excited lol...

I am pretty sure i did mine a few weeks ago, still niggles. it was hell painfull and really imobilising, you have my sympathy for the pain.
 
Tonight was a quite night, apart from ghostys scream.

Kurt pulled 215kg, but missed a 225kg PB attempt high.

Matt did rack pulls up to 260kg.

Mike benched in the rage X. Got 165kg at 75kg.

Mrs. Sticky squatted an easy 65kg, but missed 70kg twice.
Benched 27.5kg 3x8, GHR's, swings and 50 chins.

Ghosty squatted 160kg for a 5kg PB after 140kg 5x5 weighing 70kg on the dot.

Mel squatted 3x12, benched 27.5kg 9,8,6,5.

Emma squatted 45kg x20 @ 48kg. Benched 32.5kg 5x3, GHR's and 50 chins.

Ricky benched 167.5kg 3x2.

Steve did some light benching and pulled up to 320kg with reverse bands.

Loz benched up to 105kg 3x8, then did RGBP.

New guy Jay-Jay came down to work on his bench. It's wasnt to bad, but we changed a few things. He is going to do our bench comp, and benched a near max of a paused 145kg @80kg.

Was a good night tonight for the most part.
Emma pulled 90kg 3x1, solid and tight. Did incerted rows, 50 chins and UDLs with the 40kg KB

Tish pulled 80kg x1, missed the next to attempts. Back extensions, 50 chins and 40kg UDLs.

Me squatted 30kg 3x8, benched 27.5kg 10,9,9. 3x20 GHR's - 1 yellow band. Kb rows and 6kg KB Tabata thrusters.

Matt squatted up to 185 3x1, did overhead work, then punished himself on the prowler with Kurt.

Kurt benched 85kg 3x5, dips, rows and prowlers.

Ricky squatted 202.5kg 5x3 then 5x5 front squats at 140kg.

Loz squatted up to 170kg x3

Mike has widened his bench grip, and benched 145kg. Then did board work.

Ghosty benched BWx18

Damo squatted 155kg 5x3, then 165kg 3x3 in wraps.
Benched 100kg 2x4, did GHR's and pendaly rows.
