Loooong time since I updated this, sorry to any of you that read them.
Last night.
Emma pulled 105kg 3x1, lunged the carpark and back with 25kg, then did a set of 20 reps on UDLs with the 48kg KB.
Tish squatted 40kg 3x12, benched 25kg 12,10,10, GHR's, KB rows and 40kg 3x12 UDLs.
Mel squatted 20kg 3x12 to 4 plates, she couldn't squat a broomstick x5 to 6.5 plates When she started. Benched 25kg 3x12, GHR, KB rows and 4kg tabata thrusters. She made it to 3mins.
A new guy Alex came in. Has been doing BBing for a few years. He a big boy at 5'10 and 110kg.
We got him squatting low bar, made a single at 180.
He lives over an hour away, and has to cross the toll bridge to get here, but he said he'd be back for more tomorrow.
Loz squatted to to 165x5
Mike squatted 170kg for triples, benched over 130 for reps.
Ricky benched 180kg 2x3 and 190kg for 2 in the slingshot.
Matty pulled 240, missed 250.
Damo squatted 135kg 3x5 and then 140x3 in wraps. He also benched 70kg 3x12.
Ghosty changed his bench grip, it's now very pretty.
Lots of reps between 60kg-85kg.
Tonight
Steve did stuff. Was going to bench, but is having issues with his shoulder.
Zach pulled a great 220kg. His deadlift is moving!
All his work is paying off, he should smash this next comp.
He also benched 140 for 5 triples, first rep paused.
Loz benched up to 105kg x5, then 8x3 in the ram.
I benched a hard 155kg x3 in the shirt.

Alex returned for his second session in as many days.
He benched a paused 150kg, and pulled 5 easy singles at 170. He is pulling Coan style.
