    Weight Storage Unfortunately not something that attaches to the rack itself, as others have mentioned - I've heard people using the band pegs for this but I don't this would be ideal. Otherwise you always have the Weight Tree Holder if you have the space.

    The lat pull-down is rated to 800lb (360kg), it would be scary if you were pulling that kind of weight! :P "Accepts standard and Olympic size weight plates." We've got multiple warehouse locations and we do send huge amounts of equipment so we get pretty good rates with the freight companies...

    Nice one! Love when you crack the century! My PB for bench is 140kg @ 110kg. My ratios are all messed up though because physio told me to stop squats/deads years back - getting back into them as of a few weeks ago and focussing on form (which was causing my knee troubles).

    How too protein

    I do 1.5 grams per kilo and I'm a similar weight to you, 110kg - I try to have minimum of 165 grams of protein. Count your calories if you are trying to lose weight. I gained muscle whilst losing 20kg over 12 weeks myself purely from training and counting calories, no cardio.

    Apps for logging weight and reps

    Same here but I only use it for food intake and recording weight. I enter weight training under cardio section so it only records the calories as opposed to tracking each individual exercise.
