4x6e/87kg single leg press (1m rest)
3x8 jump squats 75cm box (1m)
3x6e/3kg dumbbell stepups 60cm bench (1m)
3x8e/25kg single leg extensions (1m)
3x8e/12.5kg single leg curls (1m)
3x10/10kg behind neck hyperextensions (1m)
10m walking machine 2.5 degrees 6.5km/h
 
I also have to walk more to get my 10,000+ steps for day, up to 7,000 having after walking 3km extra to get to and from gym.
 
I've been walking alot more. Including stairs in the bushland near work. Been shooting for the 10k per day also. 6k today. :(
Work in the way. But most days I've hitting it and I think it's been complimenting my squatting well. Hips are rarely tight now...
