Going well. Im getting much better at squatting and benching and deadlifting...
Interestingly i am a little leaner this week unintentionally. Similar weight though.
Started 4 weeks ago. 6 day microcycle. Train every second day so 3 training days per microcycle.
Day 1 started with 65% for 3 sets of 9.
Day 2 started with 75% for 4 sets of 5.
Day 3 started with 70% for 3 sets of 7.
Adding 2.5kg every cycle more or unless until i cannot...or until im not recovering well enough. At which point ill deload for a couple of sessions then move onto next block. Which will probably be 8's, 4's and 6's.
