Hey y'all.
I am a 37 old bloke who works hard and has three kids who hasn't trained for around 4 years on account of my busy lifestyle and a couple of injuries (tennis elbow and shoulder bursitis). I have rediscovered my love for the iron after deciding that I had gotten too fat and needed to sort myself out.
I have jumped back in on a full body, compound-lift focused, three days a week routine and have been delighted with the results. So far so good and the body is holding up well. I am keen to continue and learn as much as I can. I have a few years of intense strength training under my belt that I did in the years between giving up competitive sport and having a family.
I am here to learn and bounce ideas of the AUSBB brains trust and hopefully become a better me.
