I guess you didn't read Silverbacks post, Markos puts them in as he believes it contributes to elbow health.

I heard about this guy with an awesome bench, national champion and all, and all he does is kickbacks and curls- no pressing.

whats wrong with kickbacks- my coach (the Don of PL) says kickbacks strengthen the elbow area.
