weights last night

3 x 30 situps
3 x 20 supermans
3 x 20 lunges
3 x 20 step-ups w/db's
12/10/8/6/4 chin-ups. 8/6/4 done with 20kgs in weighted vest
3x10 BB curls
4x20 calf raises
 
Hill sprints Thursday
12 full hills
5 half hills
Rest once heart rate was at 130bpm at bottom of hill. Only got to rest after the 9th hill. Happy.

How that works is I sprint to top of hill and jog back to start. I look at my pulse and if it's under 130bpm I go again. If its above, I wait til it's back to 130 and go.

Quick Swim after, water was sensational

6x20 lunges with 40kg (have EOMS now. Early onset muscle soreness lol)

Chins 12/10/8/6/4/2 all bodyweight today

Hearts - chin ups (2-10)
Diamonds - sit-ups (2-10)
Clubs - ring dips (2-10)
Spades - tricep dips (2-10)

All Kings - 400m run
All Queens - 5 handstand attempts
All Jacks - 15 bb curls

So doing the math, I did 55 chins, 55 sit-ups, 55 ring dips, 55 tricep dips. 1.6km run, 20 handstands and 60 biceps curls. No rest either. Tough half hour session.

Deck of cards again this morning. Will do this most mornings while off work. I can do this in half an hour to 45 mins, before anyone gets up. That way I can spend the day with family.

After two weeks of doing the deck of cards EVERY MORNING, im feeling fit and everything I want.
Last night did proper weights & it felt like I was back in my proper element lol

situps 3 x 30
supermans 3 x 30
Lunges w/40kg 3 x 20
Step-ups 3x20 w/10kg db's
chins 12/10/8/6/4/2
Rev BB curls 5x12
BB calf raises 5 x 12

10 sledgehammers each arm

Ring dips x 12
reverse chins x 6

1 min rest then repeat.
I ran with 5kg db's each time as well, my arms were stinging! lol

Today Im doing hill sprints & ocean swim. A friend of mine is coming along, she is in the aussie womens 7s rugby squad. She's a chance for the olympics!!! Pretty cool, she's real fit and only been playing rugby 5 years after being a great oztag & touch player. It'll be interesting to see how fit & fast she is now...
 
Hills last night were good.
Had our friend from the Aussie women's 7s rugby squad.
Let her be the rabbit and I chased. I didn't catch her, but would have if the hill was another 5m. And chasing a young fit girl up a hill isn't a bad thing anyway lol.
12 full hills with 10 push-ups at the top.
5 half hills
1 swim/float/sink across yarra bay. Legs are tired today.

I'm going to try the spiderman crawl up the hill today [MENTION=3034]Rugby88[/MENTION]; should be interesting. Ill get my mate to film it if possible lol
