Today Im doing hill sprints & ocean swim. A friend of mine is coming along, she is in the aussie womens 7s rugby squad. She's a chance for the olympics!!! Pretty cool, she's real fit and only been playing rugby 5 years after being a great oztag & touch player. It'll be interesting to see how fit & fast she is now...
