Arghhhhh didn't do the crawl.
Hill had some traffic on it yesterday. Being so close to the water, people were coming & going all arvo. Also my friend pulled out last minute. Damn dawg.
So I did 12 full hills with 10 push-ups at the top each time.
Then 5 half hills. Swim/wade after was lovely. Could've slept all day today, it knocked the shit out of me.
