Interest: Comedy, music, basketball, CHICKS and all that weird crap like body language, definitions of dreams, analysing voice and speech tone, etc etc (I'm not weird just special LOL)
Currently on a journey of weightloss-

Reason:
Used to be 80kg's when I was 16 and loving the fit life. Let myself go for a few months which turned to years and now realising I'm not getting any younger. As the years added on I've realised I'm more closed off, less energetic and less myself. Last year was my peak, I weighed in at 123kgs- I didn't dare weigh myself in again cause I was scared LOL, so was that really my peak? I don't wanna know, all I know is- I'm not happy with myself. Fat is like a barrier which blocks the world from seeing who you truly are and so I'm tackling the problem head on. My current weight loss till date (26/11) is 15kgs. I'm able to move quicker, smile longer and even wake up on time, well almost on time but I'm getting there. Will be continuing this journey and hoping this forum will support me along the way.
Goal:
To reach between 80-85kgs with approx. 10% bodyfat (if I hit 15% I'd be very happy). Then paint the streets red, lock your daughters at home Craig's coming to town.
