    OMG... Thats mad!!! She Powercleans 70kg... not once but for 4 sets, unreal! I could keep up with her in front squats if I could take the bar from the rack each time, my best Powerclean is 67.5kg and there is no way I could do that for 4 sets. Whats her one rep Deadllift, it should be pretty...

    Yeah Sticky, Markos might have to step in on this one (he know's everything) but... at the VIC state titles I got an OZ record with my 63.5kg bench and at the Nat's you would think if I get the 67.5kg or 70kg bench that would be another record, but I'm really not to sure how it works, I do...

    I got a 95kg Squat tonight... new PB! Also did a 137.5kg Deadlift last night but lost my balance and stepped back, but it still felt good... heres hoping for a 140kg at Nat's.

    I'm 5.11". When I started at PTC I was about 90kg + and I was full of cellulite. I was a size 16 jean and now I'm a size 10. I'm 74kg now, I still have curves, I look fit and toned, I haven't gone nuts.

    Ok... Boys! I can't believe I'm going to talk about this topic! Don't I wish you could spot reduce!!!! When I started training I was a... '12DD'... now, I'm lucky to fit into a '10B' bra. Chicken fillets don't do anything for me these days.... So yes, woman will drop fat from there boobs!

    Stick with the overhead squats Dancelot, your just gonna get better over time. I wish Markos would let me overhead squat every night! lol. I've never tested my PB, Max trains me in them every Thursday night and makes me do 10reps before I can go up in weight, I'll be trying for 60kg x10 this...

    The Strong Man Comp is cancelled, I was so looking forward to it! Now we are looking at the CAPO powerlifting comp in May... can't wait for that, at the moment there is about 15-20 PTC guys and girls going in it. All of you guys on Aus BB should come down to meets us and cheer us on.

    I haven't done rack pulls in a while and now I'm paying for it, I'm sitting here with an ice pack on my lower back in the hope I'll be ok to do more tonight, I'm trying to get my deadlift up from 132.5kg to 135kg (but I would love 140kg) for the comp... it's my weakest lift.
