How long do you train for in the gym?

No that Markos Markopoulos, president of GPC and founder of PTC.

He used to post here too.

That's the exercise though.

I might give these a try next training cycle then. I was looking for an exercise that could be done for very high reps. Was thinking about doing 45 degree raises but just flexing and relaxing the lower back for reps... I like the progression possibility with this but my gym doesn't have kettlebells so I have no idea how I'd do them

On the site you linked, I posted somewhere my home made adjustable KB, it may even be here too.

My PB is 51 UDL's with 64kg without stopping.

Holy fucking back pump.

gym total (all 3 lifts on one night) for me is 370

sessions are two hours, i probably take too long between sets. i force myself to get through it faster by turning up late at night and rushing through my workout before Sticky kicks me out.

What's stopping me from using a dumbbell?

Nothing really, just more awkward than KB's.
Also, I doubt you'd have 60kg DB's?

Getting handle made that goes onto spin lock ends is what I used before I bought one.

The 64kg is pretty cheap these days, just buy one. It's worth it.

Your right man, you just might cop an eye full more often ;)

yeah im thinking it would be easier for me to do seated barbell good mornings with a full ROM for high reps

Took me 30minutes with mobility and warm up this morning, then almost an hour to get through my deadlifts :p

60-75 minutes usually 5 day's per week. Totalled 550kgs with a dodgy knee hindering my squat 1rm.

I don't follow a strength training regime but do focus on dead, bench and squat.

To the dudes train > one hour, do you take any intra workout supps? bcaa's?
