Only knees for me to be honest. But they have been an issue since i was about 4 years old.........deadset cried many nights in those early years!
Still get that pain level on the odd occasion now 32 fucking years later. (Better the last 9 years since ive been squatting, ironically).
I mean, i have torn my shoulder, 3x hammies, a quad, and QLx3. But none of them have been an issue since.
Some would argue shrek that BB guys should be chasing numbers also. Just different ones.
