I might train tomorrow morning. If i wake up before the little one that is. Haha. Good chance too as i plan to keep her up til 9 or so hahaha.

Squat and bench tonight with the usual sit ups, pull ups, rows and curls. Very humid in the shed tonight, sweated buckets. Felt Good to sweat out some of the drink from Christmas.!
 
Squats and deads today definitely counter productive having them on the same day. Squats felt awesome but didn't have nearly the same zip on my deadlifts. Will play around with my routine a bit to get it right

Not counter productive at all. It just depends on how your training is organized. And what you are used to.

I've never got to a point where one lift adversely effects the other. Based on yesterday's workout I've now reached that point.

From now on I'll just rotate which left get focused on during heavy leg days.
 
5km run this morning, 2.5km to the beach with me running and the kids riding their bikes, kids played at the beach and then 2.5km run home.
Deadlift and OH press this afternoon, but hot in the shed but good workout. Recovered with a dip in the kids cold paddling pool.
