8.00am: 45 min moderate walk
12.00pm: Some shoulders - (OHP, side raises, barbell pulls to face, behind the neck press)
1.00pm: Conditioning - 2 rounds with 1 min rest in between
- Push Up X 10
- Star Jump x 20
- Burpee x 10
- Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec
- Lying Leg Raise x 10
- Jump squat x 10
- Mountain Climbers x 20 (these suck balls)
- Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec
