Nah it's my current split. It's an odd one. It's basically two 3 day splits, but run over 5 days/week. So every group has an A and a B workout. Everything gets trained twice a week for two weeks then once on the third week. I'm liking it a lot.

100% correct.Most people who actually lift do legs on Monday, coz everyone else does Chest and Bis so all the benches are taken and the squat racks are free....
