Legs for me today, finished squats on 120kg for 6, not massive weight but havent really be consistant in the gym lately so was happy with that
 
Soooo every body dose legs on Monday ����

Nah it's my current split. It's an odd one. It's basically two 3 day splits, but run over 5 days/week. So every group has an A and a B workout. Everything gets trained twice a week for two weeks then once on the third week. I'm liking it a lot.

Most people who actually lift do legs on Monday, coz everyone else does Chest and Bis so all the benches are taken and the squat racks are free....
