Ptc Sydney - Whats been happenin

His mid 20s off the top my head

He used to cycle 50km on weekends and did little to no weights due to this kind of sport.

I had to tell him to cycle less as it would impede on his recovery and strength.

He was 6 foot 73kg when he started. His now 77-78kg.

There's another member Daniel. He loves to swim. 5km swims in fact at least once a week.

He pulled 140x5 today and said ok no more swimming for me. Hahaha
Strength bug hit him.

Yea? That's awesome.

This is why we need a PTC in Perth. Although I've been browsing job ads in other state capital cities lately anyway so maybe the bris or sydney one will become local :p

Im very happy to say...

That a friend of mine starting training fulltime at PTC Syd recently.... I was on his back repeatedly to train there cause he works close by (2 blocks up from PTC).... Not sure what made him snap and join... But boy Im happy he did...

I caught up with him today... Ive never seen him sooooo motivated.... Loves his program and continued improvement...

Also he is totally smashing it now that he has Chris and Trent constantly watching over him... He's moving forward in leaps and bounds now...

I could see the fire in his eyes today.... Boy he is going to be strong by the end of the year...

PTC for the win!!!!!

nazzy - i spoke to owen yesterday and he was has quit smoking and drinking since he started training here.

Its been 5 weeks and he has been actually been beating my program i created for him.

He is very keen to compete soon as well which is a bonus

That's awesome Thomas! Is he looking to compete?
Gawd I wish I lived that close!

Hmmm.... I dont think he currently has any intention to compete.... But as he gets stronger I know that he will... PTC will do that to you eh.... LOL!!!

He literally works in the same street a couple of blocks up from PTC... He can walk from work to the PTC...

And then drive home after training and totally miss the peak hour traffic...

Talk about the best set up EVER!!!!!:)

Myself and chris only act as mentors in the place for the guys to ask any lifting related questions. There are regular assessments done every 8 weeks to see how members are tracking.

Everybody gets a program based on their initial assessment strength level when they walk in as part of the program for $70/month
(cheaper than most PT's charge out there per hour).

So when u come in you KNOW what to do and your not wasting time each session.

Ba ha ha.... Trents got so many clients now... mixing up names... LOL...

He's name is Sean...:cool::cool::cool:

And yes I can confirm that Sean has quit both drinking and smoking since joining PTC... He is so motivated right now!!!

Its good to see him so happy...

nazzy - yeah its been happening a bit. Dunno if its old age or just me having a small attention span. I called sean.. owen a few times as They both train at the same times.
You white folk all look alike ;)

Wingnut - only 6 of my lifters compete out of the 70 odd members.
The rest are just guys wanting to get strong. I dont force any of my lifters to compete.
But i encourage them to as it keeps them heading towards a goal.
Otherwise most will lose focus on the way
