He will just eat what his mum puts on the table and some more. But his basic strength is non existent. I had him doing girl pushups and goblet squats atm.
He will be in very good shape/health compared to a lot of other teens his age later on.

I'm 6'3 and hover between 85kg and 90kg - wouldn't mind being about 95kg but 110kg sounds like a lot. Is it lean muscle or is he need of some diet/training?
Depending on how lean you are and bone size, body shape etc etc 110 isn't that huge for 6'3. I am about 109 at 15%. Goal is 105 at 10% and even if you are just as big measures wise you always look smaller due to your length.
Cathy started on 2x5kg dumbells since she couldn't even do one barbell. She's now benching 40kg with good form (small arch) due to the scalpular contraction. I've done this also with 2 other female here with same results.
Took around 3 months but personally I think theres enough for me to say there's benefits in db pressing in powerlifting.
Experimenting with a few of the boys on dumbell presses have seen them overcoming bottom lockout sticking points when they went back to barbell.
Getting females to bench bodyweight takes some work due to their genetic makeup.
Exception being.. Karen has had the xfitt background from the bodyweight lifts that it has transferred into powerlifting and given her a good start over the other girls at the gym.
Her touch and go bench is 52kg (47.5kg paused in comp) which is bodyweight considering she has only benched 3-4 times before coming to ptc.
bench more .. I have no doubt believe this will work as long as your progressive overloading. But if u do target the weak areas (stabalizers/triceps/back) the growth rate is greatly enhanced. In one 12 week cycle I have had 3 guys put on 25-30kg on their bench. Goinv 70-100kg plus. Don't need any studies I have 70 people to try it on.
I am hobbling around like an old lady today after the OHP and DL workshop yesterday. At least I'll have really good posture today - slouching is too painful!
