thanks mate..we have 11 females at ptc syd now.. most love the weights. Some have come from fernwood womens only gym lol..

awesome stuff! good to hear some of the girls have converted from fernwood lol faith in humanity = resorted :D

only thing im going to say (im sure you would of noticed but just in case) on karens warm ups her left elbow unlocked... just dont want any to see any bicep tears :eek:

Yeah I noticed. It bends as she is about to lockout.

She's only been lifting like this for 3 weeks so still some work needed. Her ass also still comes up a tad early as well.
 
... Let's hope Karens lifts never get heavy enough that she tears her bicep at the top of that sumo.

Old habits unfortunately. I look at older lifting vids and I used to semi-row the bar at the top.
ps. Those old vids will never surface!

Has he already had his growth spurt? I thought most have around 13-14?

I grew about 27 cm in about 6 months around that age somewhere.
 
dont think so.. his older brother is 6'2 110kg 25 YO and trains at the gym also. So im guessing not

I'm 6'3 and hover between 85kg and 90kg - wouldn't mind being about 95kg but 110kg sounds like a lot. Is it lean muscle or is he need of some diet/training?
