He will just eat what his mum puts on the table and some more. But his basic strength is non existent. I had him doing girl pushups and goblet squats atm.
He will be in very good shape/health compared to a lot of other teens his age later on.

I'm 6'3 and hover between 85kg and 90kg - wouldn't mind being about 95kg but 110kg sounds like a lot. Is it lean muscle or is he need of some diet/training?
