I barely loose 500gms per week, that's how I like it.

13kg in 7 months with a 2 week break in between.
 
medium rare.....mmmmm...... just the way I like it.

Anyone ever eat sushi? I love that stuff. Salmon nigiri = very yummy.
 
chowing down on some kangabangas right now with mushrooms, zuccini and cherry tomatoes sauteed in garli chilli and ginger.
 
Today:

06.30 - wpi drink + 2 weetbix w/ skim milk
09.30 - wpi drink + banana
12.30 - turkey sandwich + 95gm tuna can
14.30 - sushi bento box (heaps of salmon & rice)
15.30 - wpi drink
17.00 - 95gm tuna can
19.00 - spaghetti marinara + salad
20.45 - WORKOUT
21.45 - wpi drink + banana + 2 cans 95gm tuna

Drank roughly 1.5 litres of water during the day.

The above is a fairly typical day's feed for me. Reckon I got about 230-240 gms protein.

Might not be the best eating plan going around, but I do the best I can and keep plugging away.

Meal 1:
1 Cup Eggwhites
3 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Oats w/ stack of cinnamon
1 tsp Natty PB
1 Pot Green Tea

Meal 2:
50g Whey Drink - Someone stole my rissoles I had.
1 Large Banana
1 Med Orange

Meal 3:
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
185g Tuna in Olive Oil

Meal 4:
Periworkout Drinks:
15-20g Pepto Pro
150g Oatmass
20g Biocharge
10g Recovery X

Makes 3 drinks, consumed over 2-2.5 Hours

Meal 5:
Yet to be had. Something with Chicken I think.

Kanga bangers Meal 1-4

Steak and salad for dinner

Maybe abit of almond spread before bed

Do you always take that jacked stuff or only because you had an early session?

Mate at work swears by the stuff and said i could have some to try but i told him not to worry about it. Do you think it helps?

I pretty much only took it coz John (sherro) brought some in yesterday so I just thought id have a scoop n 1/2 just as a pick me up coz I normally dont workout at 5:30-6am in the morning (normally about 10-11am) - it def helps mate - got me focused and smashed prob one of my better sessions out than I have in a while!
 
Went out to one of those sushi train restaurants tonight after finishing my workout.

Had 18 plates of various raw fish..salmon, tuna, prawns, squid. They come wrapped around rice, 2 pieces per plate, so 36 pieces of sushi all up. Deeelishuss.

Plenty of protein and carbs post workout, good stuff, lost a bit of wallet mass though. Decided not to break my record of 20 plates, I kept a little in the tank.
 
Had a cheat breakfast yesterday and dinner last night ....back on it today...tuna this week! :| 109 y this sat fingers crossed
 
Well cut out eggs, dairy, chicken, all wheat, whey, beef, beans...

I am currently living off fruit/veg/nuts/lamb/pork/turkey/rice protein/almond milk.

Its uhh interesting.
 
thats a fair effort DKD... yesterday was my last cheat day I had 1 kg of chorizzo and prawn risotto then I had the 1litre bucket of ice cream at cold rock, natural creme, cookies and creme and milo ice cream with oreos, muteasers and tim tams mixed through it... was a fair lunch...

unfortunatly today im back to my nomral routine..

protein shake with frozen berries and gojki berries

had 3 185 gram tins of tuna in olive oil so far...
