I pretty much only took it coz John (sherro) brought some in yesterday so I just thought id have a scoop n 1/2 just as a pick me up coz I normally dont workout at 5:30-6am in the morning (normally about 10-11am) - it def helps mate - got me focused and smashed prob one of my better sessions out than I have in a while!
Went out to one of those sushi train restaurants tonight after finishing my workout.
Had 18 plates of various raw fish..salmon, tuna, prawns, squid. They come wrapped around rice, 2 pieces per plate, so 36 pieces of sushi all up. Deeelishuss.
Plenty of protein and carbs post workout, good stuff, lost a bit of wallet mass though. Decided not to break my record of 20 plates, I kept a little in the tank.
thats a fair effort DKD... yesterday was my last cheat day I had 1 kg of chorizzo and prawn risotto then I had the 1litre bucket of ice cream at cold rock, natural creme, cookies and creme and milo ice cream with oreos, muteasers and tim tams mixed through it... was a fair lunch...
unfortunatly today im back to my nomral routine..
protein shake with frozen berries and gojki berries
had 3 185 gram tins of tuna in olive oil so far...
