Meal 3-5: 10 egg whites each + 1/3 cup almonds
Meal 5: steak 400g + mushrooms
6L water
6 scoops xtend
40ml thermo fuel
6 bags of green tea
2 protein shakes around training
Feel like shitttttt today lol - going to have a cheat tomorrow night ....ah pizza!
