Yeah nice, 8% BF is quite an achievement. I have trouble getting to 15%. My body seems to be happy strength training around 20% BF. I would like to diet down from about 96kg currently to 90-93kg. Just need to get motivated.

I know what you mean, I am weak as now. hopefully I can get back to a 120 bench and 140kg squat. not really worried about deadlift as much.
 
350g tub of coles smooth light ricotta cheese with honey. this is one of my main sources of protein that i eat every day and night. it's not a very popular choice though.
 
i just had a can of tuna with avocado and mixed herbs and now i'm eating the subway vegie deluxe footlong and a steamed broccoli with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning.

I just ate 600g lamb loin chops cooked in lamb fat with marg on toast and an apple. Before this had cheeseburgers cooked in lamb fat and a banana and an orange.
