I put a diet on hold, currently eating 3200-3300kcal a day, maintaining the same weight while getting stronger.I am dieting on 2400 calories per day. I find it very hard to eat so little. aim is to burn an extra 1000 calories per day, or around 150gram of fat per day, until I get lean.
Yeah I'm too cheap for that. Will probably eat a stone based Coles meat lovers pizza for dinner tonight. Diet has been up the shit today but will still be in calorie range.Fckn sweeeeeet.

Yeah nice, 8% BF is quite an achievement. I have trouble getting to 15%. My body seems to be happy strength training around 20% BF. I would like to diet down from about 96kg currently to 90-93kg. Just need to get motivated.i want to get to around 8% to find my new lean weight as a 56 year old, then I can play around to regain some muscle. this will allow me to compete in 83/85kg divisions for powerlifting/weightlifting.
yesterday had 3200 as felt flat. today back to 2000-2400 depending on how hungry I am. will burn equivalent of 20,000 steps to allow me eat that much.
