I'm trying to eat more or less the same amount of calories every day.
My usual day meals are
For breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs on seeded bread for breakfast.
MP high-protein muffins
Lunch: rice, veg, and lean beef
Dinner: I often drink a glass of vegetable and fruit juice. Have a juicer. I believe that one method to make them simple to get down is the fact that I'm not a huge lover of either.
