Literally my diet past 3 days. Every meal. Might keep it up for a While. Feelsgood. No luls in energy. Eating a container every 2.5-3 hours. 5 a day.

Macaroni and cheese every morning now for the last few days. I'm on a strict diet so this option was my first choice.
 
Yeah first meal of the day has been pasta/noddles lately, goes in easy and gives me plenty of energy, then later on i tweak the diet a lil bit.
 
My dinner from Saturday night. Beef short ribs slow cooked in the kamado with some potato bake and salad.
