Been rolling the baked potato lately.
Prick em, nuke em for 5 minutes a side then cut them in half and scrape the potato out. Mix it with some fried onion, garlic, bacon, chilli, grated cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper... then stuff that back in the potato skin and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with more sour cream.
I make up a heap and keep them in the fridge then just bake when I want one or two
George Hotel in Waterloo (very dodgy looking from the outside) has a new slow cook BBQ restaurant out the back. Best feed me and the boys have had in years. Look it up.
