Quick question guys. Long time lurker, newbie poster. Anyways I have been following this for about 7 months now. I want to increase my strength now, for the main lifts, bench, squat and DL am I able to do rep ranges of 3x5 (SS style) and then keep everything as written, or should I just leave it as? Lbs sorry, I have only been living in Aus for 1 year, still using LBS, Metric is 60/95/90 KG (correct?). These are working sets. Havent tested 1RM for a while. Plus I'm 15 and still not that strong, obviously.
