Not sure if it's a good idea or not, but when I fail on military press i pushpress out the remaining reps. Eg instead of 3x8, can only get out 8,7,5 then i pushpress another 1 and 3 in the 2nd and 3rd sets to complete it.

Just thinking it might help someone else who has a crap military press like me :p
