Did you find these were any tougher to 'recover from' than SLDL?
They are actually easier to recover from for me, SLDL give me the worst doms of any other movement.
But I didn't do them on the beginner program as I was doing allot of wider stance low bar squatting, and activating the glutes and hammies that way. I done conventional fairly lightly to begin with, I was well aware of getting my technique down pat first.
