Alrite fair enough, i've gotta increase bench by 5 kgs, squat by 40 and deadlift by 60 to consider myself as not a beginner.

Owh right, thats why you guys don't recommend split training, makes sense. for this program im gonna be doing monday wednesday and friday, im wondering from friday to monday is too much rest?
