Nice little workout last night.
My daughter found a youtube video 'monkey bar workout' & asked if I could do them all, so I did them all for the warm up, except the one where you tuck your feet into the bars and do upside down situps. For two reasons, 1-I might fall and break my head 2-I dont want to encourage my kids to try that one! hahaha
