Footy stadium pool. Lovely temperature.
That's the back of the newest SCG grandstand behind the pool. Best pool ever.
A few laps and a good stretch seems to have done the trick today.
Another swim + stretch today @ the footy stadium pool. Back feeling better, SIJ decent. Another week of swimming before any weights tho.

Been doing my stabilising & rehab stuff for two weeks and its feeling good. Im actually standing up straight.
Had a little BW session yesterday & pulled up well (stretched and warmed down properly too)
Big session this morning on an empty stomach (trying it out)
Bosu squats x 22
Lunges x 22
DB squats x 22
-2 mins rest-
One leg squats x 12 each leg
DB calf raise x 45
Lat pulldowns x 22
chins x 12
pullups x 12
-2 mins rest-
DB shoulder press x 15
DB side raises x 15
-2 mins rest-
DB bicep curls x 20
Tricep dips x 20
-2 mins rest-
2 x 1 min planks
87kg (i think) bar = 8kg, plus 2 x 22kg plates, plus 2 x 15kgs and 2 x 2.5kg plates.
I work up to that in my 3rd set, then stay with that for another 3 sets, or drop off the 2.5kg plates for the last one or two sets if I feel im moving around too much. With my history, i need to keep it strict as. I dont want any more back injuries.
