Good run around centennial yesterday. Pretty consistent with my times too. 16 mins 3.5km
Plenty of birds in yoga pants and small shorts to chase as well.

left trap feeling a little out today.
My elbow was playing up last week and i couldnt straighten my left arm, so i think when doing chins, i was bringing in too much trap and not enough lat.
Paying for it today.

Great run yesterday around
Centennial Park. Giving the trap a rest. Legs and runs all week.
Calves were pumped! Feet got real hot too. Had to de-shoe asap!

Neck/trap feeling so much better.
Will have another run tonight and start back training upper body next week.
