Hill sprints and swim tonight.
12 full hills & 5 half hills. Felt good, back ok.
Then did a full swim across the bay. That was tough. Wanted to stop a few times but couldn't feel the bottom and had to keep moving, even if it was breast stroke for a few metres. Lol
Did the mud run today at the equestrian centre. 7km apparently. It was fun. LOTS of mud and good sorts. Did it on my own as wife is pregnant. Good cardio session!

Good stuff mate. Yeh legs are tired! Up early now watching the rugby.
Is this your first? Our eldest is pumped for a younger sibling to boss around lol
Great session yesterday morning. Was up early to watch the rugby and couldn't get back to sleep so trained.
3x30 straight leg raise
3x20 superman pose on mat (lower back)
6x20 step ups. Very trying
5x 10/8/6/4/4 chins. Bw, bw, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg
BB calf raises 5x15
Stretch, roll and theraband warm down
20 laps of the stairs at little bay. My hammies are burning. 10 laps of every step then 10 laps of every 2nd step (which is easier).
The swim after was tough as the tide was coming in, but got 2 times across and back (not a long swim). The view from the top of the stairs was pretty good too.
Not as bad as the coogee stairs, but long & steep enough!
