Well looks like my home gym is growing again, getting a Samson Adjustable Incline Sit-up Board AND a Samson Seated Lat Pulldown / Seated Cable Row machine. Getting delivered to my brother place on Saturday if all goes well.

You could have bought the FID from adrian... But i already did. Heh.
He still has a flat bench availiable. Shit i could even pick it up for you and leave it at ptc. Or my garage. Pretty cheap.

I'm a bit over the FID bench that I have, its only that it stores well in my Gym! I want a bench that has the hamstring attachment because I'm going to train Hypertrophy/Strength (gonna be interesting).
And I'd like a bench similar height to the Comp bench we use.
But might check his equipment out since you're so handy to it all

On another note, I want one of those Black ABC Bars

Apart from bars I actually think you may have more stuff than me lol
My bar list is SSB, cambered bar, football bar, Eleiko, ivanko, cheap iron edge, $50 bar, $20 tricep bar, bandbell bar, bow/buffalo bar and abc trap bar with a squat and deadlift bar on the way hopefully

I would like one too, my only fear is that the grips are too wide. I like military pressing with my grip near the very start of the knurling, it feels so much better on my shoulders.

I just know when I pick up one of these bad boys I'm going to turn into Mikhail Koklyaev and smash some pbs.

Also where did you get your ivankos, and how much were they per kg?

Picked these up today, they got delivered to my brother house this morning original Samson Gym Equipment just over $100 each including delivery by the seller

Had the shitty bench and dip stand/squat stand and the standard weight stuff for ages.

After I recovered from a few injuries 2-3 years ago and i could lift again properly i collected the rest of the stuff.

Yeah I can't wait to get one. Not 100% sure the best place to get one yet.

Worried about grip width a little as well but apparently the parallel grip is easier on shoulders.

Ivankos from ABC $5-6/kg I think.

This is mine but I’m not using it at the moment. Its one half open which is really nice at most times, but when the weather is hot the mozzies come and its so distracting. Also went from hating the gym to enjoying the atmosphere.
