Whey or Casein

Health wise:
Multi (high strength)
B Vit (high strength)
Fish Oil (500mg DHA per tab)
Greens Powder
Probiotic tablets
I have found eating food is the best thing you can do for lifting, add a little milk (or water) and whey/casein and you are set. Eat more, train more consistently and you get better results. Now if I was a high level athlete (BB, PL, sports etc) supps may be more important for the extra edge or due to my diminishing returns from training but for regular lifters it is just a money black hole.
