I think you will go a long way in powerlifting jerry, you have that attitude towards others that is pure ćuntyness
thats ridiculous man,most of the good powerlifters ive met have been pretty modest people.im quietly spoken in real life.

how many of you actually are powerlifters?
I do find this hard to believe.
Theres a lot more to this forum than just Powerlifting gerry.. Bodybuilding, Fitness, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Sports specific training and even Fitness Modelling dudes lol <- like @Grunta ;
the offer is still there to meet at fabians crossfit..it will have to be on saturdays at 8 am.theres 3 of us who made the aussie squad that train there.the other two guys are better open lifters than me.be interesting to see your expertise in action.
I have not squatted over 130kg in I dunno 6 odd months + nor have I deadlifted over 200kgs in fuarrrk prob 3-4 years....but I have run my own strength and conditioning gym and helped with programs for Australian record holders..... I like your confidence Gerry but you have to let go of current weight on bar = experience - its not as simple as that.
I have seen guys come straight into the gym and deadlift 200kg with only small amounts of training - does that mean they are more experienced and better at dishing out advice than a Top level amateur Australian bodybuilder that I never saw deadlift over 140kg?
That might be a bit hard gerry. as I live in another State, in another State not even next door to your State. If I can't make it by 8 o'clock you'll have to start without me.
So challenging me is OK, but you accepting an easy over the internet challenge with Spartacus isn't OK. Only requiring you to post 3 videos. You are contradicting yourself a lot gerry..
I do find this hard to believe.

why havent you been training heavy and how on earth did you get to that size not training that heavy...lol
I do train heavy but have not focused on the "3 core lifts" for along while now as I have had different goals, injuries, whatever it may of been and also I don't believe they are everything they are cracked up to be........ how much you squat, deadlift, bench has no bearing on how experienced a lifter is....
Gerry, you should stop now, you are making yourself sound silly with your various comments.
The comp is straight forward, based on comp results by end of 2015, as requested in first post. Winner is decided by score which accounts for age and weight, the very things you rave on about. We can post clips of comps to verify lifts.
Rather, than debating with people with silly comments about their knowledge and need to verify it, like rugby, just accept challenge by sunday or do not.
ok, but please stop the comments assessing other AusBB forum members about their willingness to test their strength or not; you are no different. In fact, you are worse, because you will not back up what you say about this and that.
