pure ****yness, man thats rubbish...you dont see that as offensive?lol?..no, its case of people wanting some sort of validation, without walking the talk.how many of you actually are powerlifters?

i dont see a guy who can only squat 130 for reps as qualified to hand out advices in powerlifting section.thats not being a ****.you may be outstanding at something else.

.im quietly spoken in real life.

I do find this hard to believe.

Theres a lot more to this forum than just Powerlifting gerry.. Bodybuilding, Fitness, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Sports specific training and even Fitness Modelling dudes lol <- like Grunta;

That might be a bit hard gerry. as I live in another State, in another State not even next door to your State. If I can't make it by 8 o'clock you'll have to start without me. :)

So challenging me is OK, but you accepting an easy over the internet challenge with Spartacus isn't OK. Only requiring you to post 3 videos. You are contradicting yourself a lot gerry..

I have not squatted over 130kg in I dunno 6 odd months + nor have I deadlifted over 200kgs in fuarrrk prob 3-4 years....but I have run my own strength and conditioning gym and helped with programs for Australian record holders..... I like your confidence Gerry but you have to let go of current weight on bar = experience - its not as simple as that.

I have seen guys come straight into the gym and deadlift 200kg with only small amounts of training - does that mean they are more experienced and better at dishing out advice than a Top level amateur Australian bodybuilder that I never saw deadlift over 140kg?

Now you're an ideas man stiffy, fitness model, now I DO like that idea, on the cover of magazines and shit.
Pussy throwing themselves at me, fame and fortune, yep, it's a plan.

I do train heavy but have not focused on the "3 core lifts" for along while now as I have had different goals, injuries, whatever it may of been and also I don't believe they are everything they are cracked up to be........ how much you squat, deadlift, bench has no bearing on how experienced a lifter is....

but training them to a reasonable level shows the person knows what they are talking about.its obvious im not a bodybuilder, hence you wont see me contributing to bodybuilding threads...same even though i have a reasonable knowledge of rugby..i wouldnt contradict someone like you who actually is doing the practical side of it.
theres a bit of integrity here and a principle to it maybe?

Gerry, you should stop now, you are making yourself sound silly with your various comments.

The comp is straight forward, based on comp results by end of 2015, as requested in first post. Winner is decided by score which accounts for age and weight, the very things you rave on about. We can post clips of comps to verify lifts.

Rather, than debating with people with silly comments about their knowledge and need to verify it, like rugby, just accept challenge by sunday or do not.

It is just fun gerry; I wont be crying if you beat me.

nah.just because i can.im not bothered,if you total 1000 kgs this year.

ok, but please stop the comments assessing other AusBB forum members about their willingness to test their strength or not; you are no different. In fact, you are worse, because you will not back up what you say about this and that.

So gerry., its OK for you to challenge me and three of your Powerlifting mates to prove my "Powerlifting expertise" when I don't even Powerlift, but not OK for you to accept an easy video challenge with Spartacus? KDen.
