Going back to my original point I don't see it working for the unhormonized trainee
Once you get above your natural cap, bodybuilding = hormones there is no debate about that. Just look at cutler when he was starting, worst genetics ever! Add a load of tren, equi, gh & slin and he mutates.. I see all the time people doing 1 cycle a year, they do one routine make good progress, do another cycle make none, then they are like "maybe dc training will do it this time" and make no progress, then another & another... when really they are stuck because all they are doing is running 500mg test a week for 1/4 of the year, the routine is irrelevant if they want to get bigger they need to up the HORMONES not think "maybe this routine is what I need to do". Joel you have a great amount of mass for someone who is unhormonized for the majority of the year, but I really don't see you getting a whole lot bigger until you start upping your dosages and this has been proved time and time again with gym rats all over the world
Everything I've claimed I have backed up, when people have refuted my claims I've asked them to provide any sort of source and they tell me where to stick it, then have a go at ME any time my sources are sub-par. The staff on this site are completely 100% aware of this also. I'll leave this thread now for discussion of this training protocol and if you want to discuss it further, feel free to PM me or make a new thread
