Changing from starting stength

Like Oli said Rip never had rows in the program and used to lose his shit when people asked if they could sub rows in for power cleans. He also put a vid up on his site showing people how to do power cleans without bumpers.

In saying that I think both powercleans and bumper plates are both overrated and not needed.

Cool, got a link to where he has the video of doing power cleans without bumpers?

Its on his starting strength website. Basically just him doing a normal power clean and then lowering the bar instead of dropping it and then him losing his shit because people keep asking how they do PCs without bumpers.
