    Insanity Workout DVD

I have some friends that ran through the entire insanity program and got some good results. Personally if i was going to do some cardio i'd prefer to run up the stairs at Kangaroo Point cliffs. Can't think of anything worse than exercising in my lounge room.

    Which milk?

Coles full cream. Skim/Lite has hardly any taste. I've tried almost everything that coles has on it shelves and don't really see the point in paying twice as much for something that has little noticeable difference. I drink probably 2-2.5L a day.

    Cod mw2

I had a go at zombie mode with a mate for a couple of hours. I really liked the fact that the difficulty ramped up really quickly. Our best was wave 11 and worst was wave 3. It was disappointing though that there was only like 3 maps. Good novelty for when mates come over.
