Tripled 220kg on the deadlift today. No belt and dead stops like always
Also benched 60kg for 20 reps

No real pbs for me today :p
Although I did db floor press 32.5x10x3

Squat pb tomorrow. 180 inbound! (I hope).

Lets get the deadlift outta the way tomorrow first. Should be an easy pb there.
Then more pbs next week. Would be happy with 5 more on each. :p
