    Disadvantages of fitocracy are it relies pretty heavily on the net to function (which isn't a problem for me as I train at home with wifi in the shed) and it also seems to have a few bugs that need fixing ...

    I used and liked gym buddy! Once you create a workout it was easy to use and see what you did last workout for comparison! Only stopped to make it easier to transfer to my log here.. I now use fitocracy which still allows for created workouts to be repeated, but the data can be copy and pasted...

    Yeah thanks mate! I may need a trip to the osteo or physio or something g to see if there is anything underlying...? I have had issues with hips since birth but think this issue, is a result of years of skateboarding abuse that's fucked my mobility! I always work on it but never keep it up...

    I just got my training back on track with my lower back/hip, and today I've definitely done something to my hip with the squats!! Again! I need to keep this mobility shit up and stop trying to increase my already piss weak squat till its sorted!! My bench will be overtaking it and my deadlift...

    I agree mate, I was thinking that everyone had forgotten about the comp as there was no mention of it most the year.... until December ;) If you get the time to train, it doesn't take much to update a log IMO.

    My home gym setup is in the back tin shed with a roof height of 2.1m with fluro's! It's been bloody hot lately, especially as most days off (which I've had plenty of since Xmas) I train while my young one sleeps, so usually around lunch! Heat here is nothing like the heat out there though...

    The bosu ball allows/compensates for the natural bending of the knees when planking! So much better for them than squatting ;)
