comp squat 150. hit it in training a few weeks back but have since dropped 4kg.
and 102.5 paused bench.
 
Basically every session from here on in my smolov program will be a squat rep PB....Today...the easiest 170x3x2 I could imagine :)
I'm looking forwward to every session now...
 
Trust me on this one, a dick does so much more than produce testosterone
even tho that's the balls and prostrate
 
First time testing 1rms

Barbell squat (atg) - 115.8kg
Barbell bench press (paused) - 84.8kg
Barbell deadlift - 144.6kg
