    marriage is some thing you have to really work at , it is forty years for us and you have your ups and downs every one does , but if you love the person you are with stay with it as your partner is also your best friend not only your lover , it is really nice growing old together .

    Calves

    For some calfs grow easy with little training , for others you have to hit them hard this also applies to all body parts , but i have aways done the 50 to 100 reps heavy as possible but just enough complete this number of reps this works for me , i love the pain .

    Dog Crap Training

    Yes guys stretching before & after leg work is very inportant only needs to be basic , but saves having sore legs next day also i find doing the leg stretching helps with any tightness in the back ,
