Haven't trained hard since 1.5 weeks before my meet 2 weeks ago so about 3.5 weeks total to heal up some niggles including elbow tendinitis but I decided to jump into a push pull comp so I'm heading off for a light deadlift and squat session.

Deadlift and OH press tonight. With some pull ups, bent over rows and leg raises. Head still full of cold but still had a good workout :-)
 
Squat and Bench last night, with some Bent over Rows, finished with some curls because summers coming and suns out means guns out!! . Sit ups between the sets of squats, pull ups between the presses.
