Didnt feel like training today at all.
So i didnt. The beauty of aiming to train 3x a week if the optional 4th rest day haha.

Trained full body last night, been fighting a cold for two weeks and cant kick it so decided to deload a bit this week, lighten the weight and move fast. The cold really made my body sweat so by the time the workout was done it looked like I had been in the shower. Track session with the running club tonight then day of rest tomorrow.

Squats.
Bench.
Deadlift.

Tomorrow night:

Squats.
Bench.

...
Db bench and lat pulldown! *awaiting shock horror!*.

tonight: full body. Taking it easy this week trying to get rid of a cold so it will be lighter weight and little rest between sets, try a sweat the fker out,
 
This morning: A 30 minute "recovery". It was mostly stretching and stuff, but a decent way to get back into the gym
