In my 5 years of lifting they have never felt any good with upright rows. But ill give that movement a go when I'm in next and see what happens.

In the past ive not been able to do:

Pullovers.
Db flyes.
Certain positions on curls also.

That's no good have you tried with really low weight?.
 
day 1 chest, front delts, triceps
day 2 thighs and lower back
day 3 back, biceps, rear delts

calves and abs on one of these days or another.

I do one day lower body
one day upper body
keep repeating this pattern till Sunday
then begins again monday
i find biceps and triceps waste on time
bench you bench and dead lift harder enough then be popping
abs waste of time too front sqauts and deads
cardio only as a warm up everyday before lifting
do you train legs or only tights
 
many ways to train, if you are getting bigger and stronger it works.

Yes, train whole legs.

this week. 3 sets 8 single leg press, 3 sets of 8 box jumps, 3 sets of single leg extensions, 3 sets of stepups, 3 sets of hypers, 3 sets of single leg curls.

Calfs 4 sets of single leg seated, 4 sets of single leg standing smith machine.
 
nikko, when it comes to legs, I am a very weak man.
No such thing as weak
its all in your mind
im all about that compond
leg day is sqauts -back front box
dead sumo normal stances
leg press
heavy as possible with proper from each lift 5-10 reps set 4-5 depending of recovery from legs before
were the mind goes the body follows
 
Yeah it's not the weight but how you lift each rep
i use to train light weight
was not working for me
found it a waste of time
focusing on compounds works for me
my goals are Stregh and mass
 
nikko, are you a powerlifter?
No maybe in the future
but I love a challenge
love seeing how heavy I can lift I like going to ten reps
once Iv reached 4 sets of 10 reps I know it's time to increase weight
i get bored easy
everybody's body is different
but what I do works for me so I do what I do
i never listen or do what people say
your body will let you
