That's no good have you tried with really low weight?.Many times haha. Footy mostly.
In my 5 years of lifting they have never felt any good with upright rows. But ill give that movement a go when I'm in next and see what happens.
In the past ive not been able to do:
Pullovers.
Db flyes.
Certain positions on curls also.
