OHP - 4 x 10 @ 52kg
Side DB ss Rear DB - 3 x 10 @ 10kg
 
Chest/ Forearms.

First BBBP in about 2 months. Felt ok. Considering it had been a couple of months and I'm only eating about 2000-2500 cals was happy to get 4 x 5 @100, and 2 @110, then 3 x 15 @ 70 to get some reps in. Still not completely comfortable though. Feels like my right and left arms follow quite different paths up and down and my RH shoulder gets a bit of discomfort. Will have to investigate further. Few other movements after.
